Shared Experience Leads to a Common Understanding

452nd Combat Support Hospital showcases clinic capabilities

December 6, 2018 — The 452nd Combat Support Hospital, based out of Fort Snelling, Minn., hosted a “Health and Wellness Week”, beginning with a health fair, Dec. 2 at Camp Arifjan, to showcase different clinics of the hospital, including optometry, dental, nutrition, and physical therapy. MORE

Soldiers Repair Flood Damage Across Kuwait

December 4, 2018 — The month of November saw unusually high amounts of rainfall across Kuwait, leading to severe flooding across U.S. Military installations. U.S. Army Soldiers at each installation were able to overcome those unique challenges and improve the infrastructure so that extreme weather events will be less damaging in the future. MORE

Food Service Management Board strives to improve DFAC standards

November 19, 2018 — The quarterly meeting of the Food Service Management Board for the USARCENT area of responsibility was held Nov. 5-8, and discussed topics such as contractor performance, menu changes and position allocations. MORE
Members from across United States Army Central Command, the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence, Defense Logistics Agency- Troop Support and 1st Theater Sustainment Command gathered Nov. 5-7 to attend the quarterly Food Service Management Board held here.  The FSMB focused on topics such as contractor performances, menu changes and position allocations.
