First Class Meredith Kiser, a combat medic in the 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team, North Carolina National Guard, is recognized after being presented a general officer coin by U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Gordon Ellis, commander of Task Force Spartan and the 38th Infantry Division, Indiana National Guard at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Dec. 27, 2019 for her outstanding work during a recent command inspection of the unit's combat medic training program.
