Army Reserve Col. Garrett Kolo, 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), holds his Norwegian Foot March certificate presented to him by Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Justin Swanson, the commanding general of the 310th ESC, at the March 21, 2021 recognition ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
