Jordanian, U.S. forces train on NATO planning procedures

Soldiers of Alpha Battery, 2nd Battalion, 130th Field Artillery, 75th Field Artillery Brigade, 35th Infantry Division, from the Kansas National Guard, work with U.S. Air Force crew to load two M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), pre-dawn, in preparation for the Operation Diamond Torrent exercise, at an airbase in the United Arab Emirates, Jan. 21. Operation Diamond Torrent demonstrated the capabilities of the C-17 and the HIMARS as an operational strategic strike package that can rapidly deploy and infiltrate to deliver a fast, flexible and lethal combination where ever needed.
