Soldiers Repair Flood Damage Across Kuwait

A U.S. Army Soldier with the 526th Engineer Construction Company, 92nd Engineer Battalion, 28th Engineer Brigade, measures the depth of a trapezoidal ditch being dug at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Nov. 28, 2018. U.S. Army Capt. Bryan Thompson, the commander of the 526th ECC, said, “The one thing I really want to highlight is, I'm really blessed to have such a great team.” The Soldiers of the 526th ECC conducted constant operations to immediately resolve flooding earlier in the month, and continue to improve drainage features at Camp Arifjan with projects like this ditch.

Food Service Management Board strives to improve DFAC standards

Members from across United States Army Central Command, the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence, Defense Logistics Agency- Troop Support and 1st Theater Sustainment Command gathered Nov. 5-7 to attend the quarterly Food Service Management Board held here.  The FSMB focused on topics such as contractor performances, menu changes and position allocations.
