Young-at-heart linguist, 82, completes 28-mile "March For The Fallen"

Rubaye, the oldest participant, posted a time of 10 hours and 19 minutes. James, a medic with 1st Squadron, 18th Cavalry Regiment, 79th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, California National Guard, walked the last 11 miles with Rubaye as a safety precaution.

Joint Training Center expansion in Jordan enhances interoperability
