Task Force Spartan Soldiers perform an Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise

Capt. Connor Thornton, along with Soldiers from 34th Red Bull Infantry Division set up a Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter as their area of operation during an emergency deployment readiness exercise in Jordan on May 3- 10, 2019. The purpose of the exercise is to show the readiness of the 34th Infantry Division and to prepare a command and control from a forward location. As the lead element for Task Force Spartan, the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division works to strengthen partnerships in the region by building upon and leveraging existing relationships.
