we’re reflecting on the qualities that make USARCENT great:
Beginning January 3rd, it's all about strength. We will host fitness events, lunch & learns, and share wellness tips over the next few months. Download our fact sheet to learn more or share with others.
The #100DaysofStrength challenge is to incorporate at least one strength-building activity into your routine every day. You can do this anytime, anywhere. Get creative! Download the printable tracker to record your progress.
Everyone is invited! Encourage friends and family to challenge themselves in the New Year. Take a selfie using the printable goal sheet to let us know why you're taking the challenge.

U.S. Army Central team members and Families make a difference each and every day, both through and outside of our assigned mission. This phase focuses on that facet of our story – how we serve each other, our neighbors, and the global population.
From April through July, we will highlight unique and meaningful stories from USARCENT members—serving our communities both locally and around the globe.
USARCENT’s Family Readiness Group is challenging all headquarters team & family members to complete 100 hours of volunteer service within the 100 days of the campaign. Contact your Family Readiness Support Assistants for information on how to join the challenge.
Share how you're making a difference and serving your community using the hashtag #100DaysofService.
U.S. Army Central team members from all walks of life have stepped forward to defend our nation throughout our long history. #100DaysofHonor will pay tribute to those dedicated Soldiers who have given of themselves to defend the freedoms of others.
From late July through October 31st, we will be reflecting on USARCENT’s participation in periods of war and efforts to maintain stability around the globe. More importantly, we will honor those brave and courageous souls who have formed USARCENT over the years and upheld our reputation of ‘constant readiness.’
The Army’s greatest asset is our people – the finest men and women our great Nation has to offer – and it is our duty to honor their courage and preserve their legacy.
