Arizona National Guard shares knowledge with Kazakhstan unit

Third Army/USARCENT 'Best Warrior' Competition

June 13, 2012 — The Third Army/U.S. Army Central Command “Best Warrior” Noncommissioned Officer/Soldier of the Year Competition was held at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, June 4-7. The competition tested five NCOs and three soldiers on basic warrior task and drills; night and day land navigation; marksmanship; a written exam; an Army physical fitness test and a formal board. Third Army announces NCO of the Year

June 29, 2011 — Third Army announced Sgt. Jared Lee Martin, a Hendersonville, Tenn., native, as the 2011 Non-commissioned Officer of the Year June 23 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Martin serves as a lead technician with the 160th Signal Brigade, 335th Signal Command (Theater) (Provisional). MORE
