Iisa Stephens, veterinary clinic noncommissioned officer in charge, ASG Kuwait, demonstrate proper calm and restraint techniques for canines during a canine behavior and safety seminar at the Public Authority of Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources in Rabia, Kuwait, Feb. 2, 2021. The use of proper restraining techniques protects both the person and animal, while also calming the dog.
