Soldiers Deliver Baby during Afghanistan Evacuation Support in Kuwait

A team of U.S. Army Central medical Soldiers quickly adapted to assist an Afghan evacuee mother with the birth of her healthy baby at a safe haven location's medical facility in Kuwait in August. The team included an OB-GYN, staff physician, nurse anesthetist, practical nursing specialist and health care specialists who were supporting Afghanistan evacuation efforts. (U.S. Army photo by Spc.
