USARCENT strengthens ties through land forces symposium

Maj. Gen. Terrence McKenrick, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Central, introduces Gen. Joseph Votel, commander, U.S. Central Command, to the participants of the USARCENT CASA Land Forces Symposium in Alexandria, Va., June 19-22, 2017. The symposium gave senior leaders of USARCENT an opportunity to hear from civilian and military experts on the Middle East and Central and South Asia, such as Votel.

29th CAB provides flight medic training to ISF Soldiers

Army Mariners perform cargo transfer at sea

The crews of U.S. Army Watercraft Logistics Support Vessel 5 (LSV-5), “Maj. Gen. Charles P. Gross,” and Military Sealift Command Vessel Gem State prepare to secure their vessels to one another in the Persian Gulf, on June 13, 2017. The vessels participated in an in-stream cargo transfer exercise, moving containers from one boat to the other using the Gem State’s crane, in order to demonstrate the LSV’s sustainment support capabilities.
