U.S. Army Lt. Jon C. Phoenix, a Financial Budget Officer and Mailroom Officer-In-Charge with 29th Infantry Division, co-hosts a Shabbat service with Ms. Esther Renee Favors, a Test Administrator at the U.S. Army Education Center at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
