Command Sgt. Maj. Jacinto Garza, senior enlisted advisor, U.S. Army Central, and Lt. Gen. Patrick D. Frank, commander, USARCENT, began the Thanksgiving tradition of serving meals to servicemembers, coalition partners, and civilians at the zone 2 dining facility at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Nov. 24, 2022. Later, members of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, Rep. Mark Takano, Rep. Colin Allred, Rep. Elissa Slotkin, and Rep. Katie Porter served, dined with, and spent time with Soldiers. The three Area Support Group – Kuwait dining facilities prepared beef, turkey, macaroni and cheese, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, pies, cakes, cookies, and mock-tails to order.
