U.S. Army Central’s commanding general, Lt. Gen. Patrick Frank, and command sergeant major, CSM J. Garza, met with Soldiers of Task Force Liberty at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar.

Lt. Gen. Frank assumed command of USARCENT July 7, 2022.
