U.S. Army Central fall and winter safety message

U.S. Army Central Teammates,

The fall and winter months are upon us, and with the change in weather, come unique safety hazards. As the temperature drops, and Soldiers, Army Civilians, and Families take to the roads and great outdoors for some well-deserved downtime, they are exposed to different risks.

Mishaps and accidents peak during the fall and winter seasons, and each year, Soldiers, Civilians and Family members are lost or injured due to preventable accidents. However, with proper precautions and safety awareness, we can all enjoy crisp, autumn and winter weather while avoiding seasonal dangers. During the fall/winter seasons, it is incumbent upon leaders to reinforce safety and avoid unnecessary accidents.

We are proud to be part of this great team. By working together, we can be safe and reduce risk in all fall and winter activities this season.

As a member of "Patton's Own," you are USARCENT's greatest asset and why we must all work together to keep every member of our team safe.
