U.S. Army Central's commanding general, Lt. Gen. Patrick Frank, hosted Maj. Gen. Hidai Zilberman, Israeli Defense and Armed Forces Attache to the U.S., at USARCENT Headquarters August 31, 2022.

During a gift exchange at Patton Hall, Lt. Gen. Frank read the inscription inside the book he presented to Maj. Gen. Zilberman. "As an artillery officer, you can appreciate Patton's offensive spirit.
