U.S. Army Central held a Change of Responsibility Ceremony to welcome incoming Command Sgt. Maj. Jacinto Garza, Nov. 10, at Lucky Park, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. The transfer of colors served as a symbol of the relinquishment of roles and responsibilities to the units new command sergeant major, and provided and opportunity for the USARCENT team to thank outgoing Command Sgt. Maj. Brian Hester and his family as they departed for U.S. Army Futures Command.
