U.S. Army Soldier dies in Middle East


SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. (April 27, 2021) – A U.S. Army Soldier supporting operations in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility was found deceased in his living quarters Monday morning at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait.


This incident is not combat related and the name of the Soldier is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.


We send our heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased.


The cause of the death is currently under investigation.
