CSM Jacinto Garza Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Jacinto Garza is a native of Jasper, Texas. He entered the U.S. Army on 19 September 1996 and completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia as a Supply Specialist (92Y).
