U.S. Army Lt. Col. Ron Wells, the commanding surgeon for Area Support Group- Kuwait presents Kuwait Army Col. Waleed Malalla, the director of the Kuwait Armed Forces Hospital and the acting chief of medical services, with a certificate of appreciation after a Medical Evacuation meeting hosted, for the first time, at KAFH, March 5.
